Card-based Cryptography with Dihedral Symmetry

چکیده

Abstract It is known that secure computation can be done by using a deck of physical cards. This area called card-based cryptography. Shinagawa et al. (in: Provable security—9th international conference, ProvSec 2015, Kanazawa, Japan, 2015) proposed regular n -sided polygon cards enable to compute functions over $${\mathbb {Z}}/n{\mathbb {Z}}$$ Z / n . In particular, they designed efficient protocols for linear (e.g. addition and constant multiplication) Here, efficiency measured the number used in protocol. this paper, we propose new type cards, dihedral as natural generalization Based on them, construct various interesting such carry addition, equality, greater-than, whose construction has not been before. Beside this, introduce protocol framework captures wide class card types including binary so on.

Practical Card-Based Cryptography

It is known that secure multi-party computations can be achieved using a number of black and red physical cards (with identical backs). In previous studies on such card-based cryptographic protocols, typically an ideal situation where all players are semi-honest and all cards of the same suit are indistinguishable from one another was assumed. In this paper, we consider more realistic situation...

Symmetry classes of polynomials associated with the dihedral group

‎In this paper‎, ‎we obtain the dimensions of symmetry classes of polynomials associated with‎ ‎the irreducible characters of the dihedral group as a subgroup of‎ ‎the full symmetric group‎. ‎Then we discuss the existence of o-basis‎ ‎of these classes‎.

Minimal Surfaces in R with Dihedral Symmetry

We construct new examples of immersed minimal surfaces with catenoid ends and finite total curvature, of both genus zero and higher genus. In the genus zero case, we classify all such surfaces with at most 2n+1 ends, and with symmetry group the natural Z2 extension of the dihedral group Dn. 1 2 The surfaces are constructed by proving existence of the conjugate surfaces. We extend this method to...

Foundations for Actively Secure Card-based Cryptography

Card-based cryptography allows to do secure multiparty computation in simple and elegant ways, using only a deck of playing cards, as first proposed by den Boer (EUROCRYPT 1989). Many protocols as of yet come with an “honest-but-curious” disclaimer. However, a central goal of modern cryptography is to provide security also in the presence of malicious attackers. At the few places where authors ...

Automorphic Lie Algebras with Dihedral Symmetry

Automorphic Lie Algebras are interesting because of their fundamental nature and their role in our understanding of symmetry. Particularly crucial is their description and classification as it allows us to understand and apply them in different contexts, from mathematics to physical sciences. While the problem of classification of Automorphic Lie Algebras with dihedral symmetry was already cons...
